CAO Mxtwo Daggers
CAO’s MX2 is a long-awaited, limited production cigar that employs two flavorful wrappers. The outermost leaf is an ultra-dark, super oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro. Underneath, there’s a second wrapper leaf — fuller-flavored Brazilian Maduro. On their own, each of these wrappers would be high-quality enough. But combine the two, and you’ve got something completely stunning.
CAO Pilon Robusto
CAO Pilon is a very special CAO using an old method of fermentation that dates back to the 19th century in Cuba where it originated. They do this Pilon method by taking “hands:” of tobacco leaves and placing them on top of each other where the leaves are left basically in a huge pile where they ferment. Heat builds up in the center of the batch of the leaves and spreads through this is a very time consuming process that gives the leaves a very rich and deep flavor though out the tobacco.
